Full/Part Time
We are not currently hiring any full or part time positions. However, we are accepting resumes for part-time and contract workers. We are specifically looking for 2D/3D artists and programmers.
Adventure Club Games asks a lot from our employees, very serious and pertinent qualities that we look for in an outstanding and example employee:
- You must be awesome - Not everyone can uphold the name Adventure - Jokes aside, you must think highly of yourself. We are a small business and therefore we must all represent the company in all that we do. However there is a fine line between an ambitious confidence and an inflated ego. We are a team, not a one-man-show.
- You must be energetic and social - Being a small company, we have the advantage of working closely with each other. This means constant communication and interaction. Communication, of course, means the ability to express your ideas and intent, discuss your work openly, and be able to ask and answer the right questions.
- Laughing is required - It is important that we keep up good relationships with each other and share many laughs to uplift us through our crunch times. We have found that our group has and maintains a good sense of humor, and would like you to join in.
- You must hangout with us - We make sure that we have regular time together where we're not working. This involves eating and gaming which includes, but is not limited to, TF2, Left 4 Dead, Minecraft, boardgames, and potentially SWTOR.
Interns
We are not currently looking for dedicated interns. One of our core founding priciples was to help ourselves and others break into the game industry. But, please realize that we are not always in need of interns. We don't think it would benefit either party if we needed to make up work for interns to do.
Playtesters
We are always looking for playtesters to try and break our games as well as give us critical feedback on wheter or not the games are even fun.
